You'll cut high-retention short-form videos for creators and brands who collectively pull tens of millions of organic views. We care about hooks, pacing, and the first three seconds more than fancy transitions.

This is hands-on editing work — you own clips end to end, from raw footage to a publish-ready export.

What you'll do

Edit 9:16 short-form videos (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) with strong hooks and retention pacing
Add captions, sound design, b-roll, and motion graphics that serve the story
Iterate quickly on feedback and hit consistent delivery deadlines
Keep a sharp eye on trends, formats, and what makes people stop scrolling

What we're looking for

2+ years editing short-form content with a portfolio to show
Fluency in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut/DaVinci; After Effects a plus
Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling
Reliable, communicative, and comfortable working async across time zones
