Messages go directly to Sarthak Dey, the founder, and to the editor most likely to handle your work, so the first response is usually a real answer rather than a request to schedule a call.

A first email that contains these four things skips an entire round of back-and-forth:

• Roughly how many videos you need per month.
• The turnaround you need, and whether it is fixed or flexible.
• A link to your existing content, so we can watch before we reply.

Clipfox is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and operates fully remote. The studio works with creators and brands across North America, Europe, and Asia, and schedules calls to suit the client's timezone rather than ours.
